I am an Emotional Wellbeing Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

After 24 years working in a GP surgery, from receptionist to practice manager, I saw first-hand what long-term stress, emotional pressure, and constantly putting others first can do to a person.

I also know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together.

My work brings together practical tools, emotional insight, and grounded support to help you understand yourself better, communicate more clearly, and create healthier ways of living and responding.
